The 12 month paid traineeship offers a long-term learning opportunity through direct involvement in Unlimited; assisting in coordinating artists’ projects, work with venues and advisory support for disabled artists.


Research confirms that there is currently a shortage of disabled arts professionals. This traineeship addresses this imbalance and is only open to candidates who identify as disabled and is ideal for a creative at the start of their arts career.
