JOB SUMMARY

During this challenging and busy producing period, we are looking for a Creative Associate to work closely with the Associate Artistic Director. This is a new role at Headlong to help support the Associate Artistic Director with all of our artistic output. We’re looking for someone with an insight into the world around us and the place of theatre within it.

DETAIL

Headlong is one of the most ambitious and exciting theatre companies in the UK, creating exhilarating contemporary theatre.

As the world continues to adapt to new ways of working, so do we. Over the next 6 months we are creating shows for socially distanced audiences both outdoors and in theatres. We’ll also be building on the success of our BBC series Unprecedented, and Guardian short films with an innovative programme of digital projects.

It is critical that our work, and those who make it, reflect the diversity of contemporary England, and this is an integral part of our artistic vision.

REQUIREMENTS

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have previously been underrepresented at Headlong and in the industry at large due to the experience of barriers linked to ethnicity, class, disability, gender and sexuality.

Closing date: 26th October
